No. MiddleMan is a peer-to-peer fintech escrow and settlement platform. Users create their own private agreements, and MiddleMan simply holds funds and releases them according to agreed terms. We do not set odds, take positions, place bets or participate in wagers. We are simply the MiddleMan.

No, MiddleMan is a privately held Delaware C-Corporation and is not listed on any public exchange. We are in the early stage/private investment phase and are raising capital through private offerings (SAFE) during the pre-seed/seed phase. 

We are focused on product development, regulatory compliance, and market adoption before considering any public market listing. A public listing or exchange consideration would only occur after significant scale and revenue milestones are reached. 

 MiddleMan protects its MOAT through a very strong layered intellectual property protection, copyright protections, trademark protections, proprietary settlement workflows, accumulated trust and reputation data, compliance infrastructure, and network effects that increase platform value with every transaction, rather than relying on any single mechanism.

 Current valuation is $8 million. We anticipate valuation to adjust upward between $25 to $40 million after MVP launch and initial transaction volume milestones of 10,000 Users are achieved. Current close competitors valuations are Kalshi $11B, Draft Kings $11B, and FanDuel $31B. MiddleMan valuation is anticipated to increase.

MiddleMan is NOT a betting app. MiddleMan is a fintech escrow financial holding infrastructure and settlement platform. MiddleMan does not place bets or wagers. MiddleMan does not care who wins. MiddleMan simply holds the funds and ensures you get paid after the outcome, potentially saving lives and increasing safety.

MiddleMan focuses on trust infrastructure (RHS, Reputation Honor Score) rather than gaming content. Our advantage is creating a neutral settlement layer that works across gaming, real-world competitions, and peer challenges rather than a single vertical structure.

MiddleMan removes awkward or uncomfortable situations, disputes, and non-payments that happen when money changes hands between friends or competitors that could lead to something far greater. 

The primary early risk is ensuring compliance with our payment processor and meeting regulatory interpretation requirements. That’s why MiddleMan was designed as an escrow infrastructure platform rather than a betting operator.

We are building MiddleMan as a compliance-first platform, incorporating KYC verification, transaction monitoring, and payment processor compliance from day one. Our model aligns more closely with escrow and marketplace settlement platforms than gaming operators.

MiddleMan's accountability system, "Reputation Honor System" (RHS). MiddleMan combines mutual result confirmation, AI-assisted verification where available, and a reputation scoring system also known as RHS that adjusts user credibility over time. This creates economic and behavioral incentives for honest participation.

Historically, two barriers existed: payment compliance and automated verification. Advances in API-based payments and AI verification now make scalable peer-to-peer settlement possible in a way it wasn’t previously.

2. MiddleMan will provide investor with a SAFE summary to confirm   

    interest

3. MiddleMan will provide Investor with a PDF of the SAFE Agreement

4. MiddleMan will follow up with a SAFE summary email and provide 

     instructions how funds should be sent AFTER signing the 

     legal agreement

5. Investor signs SAFE Agreement electronically

6. Automatic notification will notify MiddleMan that the agreement is 

    signed

7. MiddleMan will countersign the SAFE Agreement making the 

    agreement a legal document

8. MiddleMan will send funding instructions to the investor

9. Investor sends funds to MiddleMan per the instructions

10. Receipt acknowledgment occurs as MiddleMan will email confirmation 

      to the investor and provide the investor a copy of the executed 

      SAFE Agreement

11. MiddleMan will record SAFE investments in the Cap Table

12. MiddleMan will communicate with the investor in scheduled periodic 

      updates; monthly and/or quarterly, after product milestones are meet 

      and/or launch progression is accomplished  

This is a long-term investment. While we cannot legally project or guarantee investment returns or timelines, our objective is to reach key milestones that increase company valuation, which benefits early investors upon conversion. SAFE investors do not receive dividends or guaranteed returns until the SAFE agreement is converted into equity. At that time you MAY have an opportunity to purchase additional equity at a discounted rate. Robinson, founder of MiddleMan, Inc., brings more than 20 years of leadership at the corporate, municipal, state and federal levels of operational, and business management experience to MiddleMan, Inc.. Dr. Robinson was instrumental on the Governor's End Veteran Homelessness Board, Commonwealth of Massasschusetts Ch. 115 Working Group setting and creating policy for Veteran services. As a retired United States Marine Corps veteran and a doctoral candidate (Ph.D.) ABD in Executive Leadership, Dr. Robinson’s background is rooted in fiscally sound budget responsibility and building systems that depend on trust, accountability, and disciplined execution.
